Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies
All orders are promptly processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days
directly from Flags and etc.'s warehouse
located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Please note that all items ordered are
not necessarily shipped together.
Standard Ground Delivery* - UPS Ground Service
Flags and etc.'s standard shipping method is USPS Ground Service, which
normally takes 3-14 days depending on your
shipping destination's zone.

for typical total order processing and UPS ground delivery time estimates within
the 48 states.
Please allow additional time for delivery during
holidays.

Customer Service will answer questions related to your website order.
Please
provide us your website order
confirmation number and order date, and include your name and complete shipping
address.

You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation along with an Flags and etc.'s
order number immediately after you
place your online order.

Delivery vendor tracking numbers from UPS or USPS are
not
immediately
available.
In two to three business days, you'll
receive a shipping confirmation email with your Standard UPS Ground or Rush UPS
2-Day Air tracking number so that you
can track your package at the UPS or USPS website.
Please note that the shippers may take an additional day or two to post package
progress. For estimated delivery dates,
please see the map and information above.
If your order is shipping via USPS Priority Mail out of the 48 states, your
shipping confirmation email includes the tracking
number, but package progress and estimated delivery date are not available at
the US Post Office website. If your order
is shipping to a PO Box address, UPS Basic package progress is available at the
UPS website, but estimated delivery
dates are not available.
Overdue Arrivals
If your package is late to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us! Please
allow the normal maximum order fulfillment
times shown in the
map above. After allowing order
processing and delivery time as shown on the map, please
e-mail
customer service to request tracking detail.
For the fastest reply, please include your order number and the words "tracking
request" on the email subject
line.

Flags and etc. ships throughout the United States of America including US territories, and to military APO
We accept credit cards issued from non-US banks, but only when they are
submitted through PayPal. The
customer must understand that there may be a delay in processing, however!
Shipping Rates and Information
All orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our
standard shipping method is USPS
Ground. Express/rush shipping is available for an extra charge within the 48
contiguous states only. For more
information about "Rush" delivery, please see chart below.

are not necessarily shipped

Standard ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States is free for all
online credit card orders
over $74.99. This free shipping offer is limited to the 48 contiguous states
only. To ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and military APO addresses please see below, for

30-Day Inspection Period.
If your selection does not meet your every expectation,

Number. You then can simply return it within our 30-day inspection period for a
prompt exchange or refund of your
purchase price (excluding
originating shipping and handling fees; customer
pays return shipping). Items must be
returned in the
original packaging. Please include the original invoice,

Returns received after our 30-day inspection period are subject
to a 20% merchandise restocking fee. We reserve
the right to
refuse returns after 60 days. If the credit card used on your purchase has
expired, we cannot refund

Shipping Outside of the Continental USA
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands. For an
additional fee we also ship to US Military
APO and FPO addresses, as well as to foreign countries like(Canada,
Australia, Japan, Europe, etc.) but customers
are cautioned and made to understand
that they are responsible for all the
enormous shipping costs, duties, and
international Customs hassles, plus long delivery times. Please see chart below
for rates.
Rush Shipping
Flags and etc. cannot send "Over-Night" deliveries.
"Rush"
shipping is available for an additional charge within the 48
contiguous United States of America only. Our express delivery service takes a
minimum
of 3 full business days, allowing
one full business day for warehouse order processing. Please allow 1 additional
business day, particularly during holidays
and busy shipping periods. The minimum charge for rush delivery shipping is $20.

How to Select "Rush" Delivery for Your Order
When you checkout, select
Rush!!! UPS 2-Day Air as your
shipping method. The website will automatically calculate the
"Rush" shipping charges. These shipping rates charges are also listed below, for
your convenience.
Should the request be made to ship via UPS Ground service this requires a
physical address and they due not deliver
to PO Box addresses. Orders sent to PO Boxes ship via UPS Basic, a partnership
between UPS and USPS, and may take
longer to arrive, plus there is an additional fee. Please see chart below for
these shipping rates.
UPS 2-Day Air Tracking Numbers
UPS tracking numbers are not immediately available. In two to three business
days, you'll receive a shipping confirmation
email with your Rush UPS 2-Day Air tracking number so that you can track your
package at the UPS website. Please note
that UPS may take an additional day or two to post package progress. Often your
Rush order will be delivered before
tracking info is posted at the UPS website.
Most of our "Rush" packages do arrive in 3 business days. Please allow the full
4 business days during peak shipping periods
and holidays. If your package is overdue, please
e-mail customer service
immediately for tracking assistance.

RUSH! shipping is available within the Continental United States only. Flags and
etc. cannot send "Over-Night" deliveries. UPS
2-Day Air shipping normally takes 3 full business days to arrive, allowing 1
business day for warehouse order processing. We
do not guarantee delivery within 3 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days
for warehouse processing and 2 business
days for UPS 2-Day Air shipping. Please allow the maximum delivery time (4
business days) during peak shipping periods and
holidays. Large, heavy items may cost more to "Rush" ship. Our full money-back

We do accept credit cards issued from non-US banks, for those who use
PayPal, however the customer must
understand, there could be a delay in the approval process.
