Charges and Credits are very easy to
handle. Should you want a credit on an item and your cash
back into your checking account, it will cost you $ 1.50 to
have PayPal return the cash to your checking account.
Otherwise, you can leave it in your PayPal account and use
it whenever or wherever you please, even with a total
different vendor a full year from now.
Let us place a fictitious order!
At the top of any "Product" page
you will see a button "View Cart". It will keep
track of any items that you want to purchase. You can add or
delete within the "View Cart" button. As you find
items you want to purchase, use the "Add to Cart"
button.
You have decided to order one #13117
Patriotic Kite at $11.95. So you use the "Add
Cart" button. As you proceed down through the pages of
products, you find your second item. It just happens to be
on #14300 Pop Can Kite at $16.95. For your third item you
select a #32703 Pooh Bear with an Umbrella at $21.95. You
then select a #32037 Playful Cat at $15.95.
You decide that that is all your want to
order at this point so you use the "Checkout"
button in the lower right hand corner of the "View
Cart" button. You will be advised as to the total of
your order, which is $66.80. Pay Pal will then add the
shipping charges to your order, based on the total amount of
your purchase, in the amount of $11.20 for a total order of
$78.00.
This will take you to your PayPal
"Payment Details". Enter your PayPal
"Password" and hit the continue button. Pay Pal
will then send us your order!
Most orders will be shipped the day
following receipt of your order, unless your order is placed
on a weekend or a Holiday weekend. They will then be shipped
on the next business day.
If there is going to be any delay in
shipping, you will be advised on the first day of business
after receiving your order.
Should you want your order insured, there
is a place to to add for that, as well.
You have 30 days to notify us of any items
you wish to return. After the 30 days has passed, return
requests will not even be considered.
No merchandise may be returned for credit
without your asking us for a "Return Authorization
Number". Your merchandise must then be returned with
your "Return Authorization Number" clearly marked
on the outside of your package. Any package received without
a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the carton
will never be opened. It will just be thrown in the trash.
Merchandise that you wish to return for
credit must be in saleable condition and inside the Heavy
Plastic Bag that it was shipped to you in. Without that
Plastic Bag and "all the information that was inside
the bag, when it was shipped to you", it cannot be
excepted as in saleable condition.
Merchandise termed defective, By Us, will
be replaced to you without any further cost to you. We will
even reimburse you for the shipping costs shown on your
package. You must request a Return Authorization, however.
Any package shipped to you, returned to us
unopened by you and with a "Return Authorization
Number" on the outside of the package, will be credited
to you, no questions asked.
Items that have come apart, due to
improper assembly, will not even be considered as defective.
We will try to replace parts that have become lost, but we
cannot guarantee this. You may have to pay for those parts,
however. It is your responsibility to "Read All of the
Instructions" and then "Follow Those
Directions".
Most of our items can be put together by
any ten year old who is able to read and write.
Items that are in saleable condition and
determined as such, by us, will have your account credited
immediately for the merchandise plus the shipping costs to
you and back to us.
We cannot be any more fair than that, can
we?
