can be flown as
a normal kite or they can be flown from a pole. They
can fly
back and forth across your roof, just to attract attention,
or they can be flown over your roof to get rid of birds
such as blue
jays, flickers and woodpeckers.
They can also be used
as scarecrows over gardens and boat docks,
as well as decoys for hunting ducks and geese!
They have even been used to train horses
and other animals!
